Flexible layouts, all set under the stars

Starlove’s 100 acres of land features equal parts rolling pastures and wooded thickets and ravines. There are plenty of nooks and crannies to explore and gorgeous views of the Texas horizons....time your stay just right and you can stand directly between the sunset and the moonrise! Many different layouts can be imagined for ceremonies, receptions, dinners, etc., and of course we have recommendations depending on the event type. Book a tour to scope it out for yourself! Located outside of Dime Box, Texas, we’re a 30 minute drive from the quaint, artist village of Round Top, and 12 miles from Lake Somerville SP.

Amenities

Our accommodation options include The Cosmic Cottage and the Campground. The campground features a communal bath house, fire pits and wood, and access points for non-potable water suited for washing. Compost and trash bins are available as well.

Around the ranch, you’ll find a hike-and-bike, nature trail that offers a 360 loop around the property.

For weddings and elopements, we have an on-site Officiant and DJ, and we offer a vegan dinner menu, celebratory sweets, and morning after breakfast. See a la carte menu below for details and pricing.

  • We require clients and vendors to secure their own event insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure that your insurance covers your specific event needs.

  • We have a specific vendor list, but we are open to considering other vendors upon request. Please contact us for vendor approval and recommendations.

  • Yes, we are a vegan space. We are committed to providing plant-based options for your event.

Booking and Payments:

  • A non-refundable deposit of half the total amount is due upon booking, with the remaining balance expected the Monday before your event.

  • No, but for larger groups, we can share shuttle information to help with transportation and parking logistics.

  • We recommend booking at least 3 months in advance to secure your preferred date. However, we are open to discussing options for events with shorter notice.

  • Our cancellation policy, which includes the non-refundable deposit, is outlined in your booking agreement. Please review it carefully for details.

Event Details:

  • Yes, decorating the space is encouraged! However, please inform us of your decoration plans during the planning process for venue approval.

  • We do have an alcohol policy. Please inquire with us for specific details regarding alcohol service.
